Video Quality

All of the video I shoot is Full-HD 1080p. This is a much higher quality than older cameras that shoot onto standard-definition tapes. Below are crop examples showing the difference in quality. If DVD is what you need or want, I can certainly deliver that, but even when that is the case, I retain the original high-quality footage just in case it is ever needed in the future.


Above is a crop from my camera shooting at 1080p resolution (1920 pixels by 1080 pixels).


Next, this is a crop from a standard definition-quality camera (simulated). There is noticeable quality loss in the tie, flag pin, and hands.


Lastly, this is a crop from a compressed standard definition output that you may receive from other videographers if the footage is compressed to fit onto a DVD for final delivery.
